Software tool, not a law firm
PayDue is a software product. PayDue is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Beta service provided as is
During beta, PayDue is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may change, break, or be removed as we improve the product.
No guarantee of outcomes
PayDue cannot guarantee payment, settlement, legal recovery, or any particular outcome. Templates and workflows are informational tools only.
Legal advice
You are responsible for consulting a licensed attorney for advice specific to your contract, invoice, client, location, and dispute.
Acceptable use and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse PayDue, submit unlawful content, interfere with the service, or violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayDue will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules.
